I think it has the potential for a 10. But, for me, it's way to heavy on the cyans.

The place is nice, but I wouldn't color it so artificially blue (I'm assuming it's artificial). I think if the colors were a little more natural the picture would be more appealing overall.

The color seems off in this. There's a lot of teal blue that doesn't feel right. Perhaps it really was that way at the time of capture, if so, sorry about the incorrect observation. From where I sit, it looks like an "enhancement" in PP that's off a smidge. Best of luck to you in the challenge.
