 MAJESTIC IN LOOKS, COLORFUL IN PLUMMAGE, AND YET, A BIRD OF PREY. A PREDATOR WITH DECEIVING APPEARANCE OF A PEACEFUL BIRD OF BEAUTY. SOME MIGHT SAY THEY KNOW AND RECOGNIZE THESE SAME ATTRIBUTES IN PEOPLE.

I like the bird but do not like the border effect, it spoils the shot IMO

This is a beautiful image, but I worry that your processing is a bit over the top for DPC, making a lovely photograph into a great drawing. I like it, but think you're going to be disappointed with the votes you get.

Still. . . looking at the photograph under the processing, I have to say that the detail is amazing and the composition is wonderful.

(I should also add that I see why you chose the processing that you did, and I really like your vision here, especially with the bottom left of the border.)
