Wandering through my files, I found this one from when I just got my 105 Sigma lens and was trying it out at the Santa Cruz arboretum. (I had the 300D canon at the time.) I don't know the name of this red flower but it grows in Australia.

Cropped slightly, and sharpened. It's a jpeg file so no RAW adjustments. That's one whale of a nice lens.

These bees just have no privacy. . . none whatsoever!
