On a whim, my son and I followed this country lane to see where it went. Probably not the best time of day (broad daylight) to capture this, but the clouds were very interesting...and besides, we were there. :-)

Nice finish Barry! The composition is everything in this photo. You pushed the processing limits on those clouds and (but?) it paid off. I think that the converging gravel wheel tracks, juxtaposed with the stacked and angled horizon lines, are what make this shot a winner.
I really like the composition I find it easily leads the eye throughout the image. I find the processing of the clouds a little too much. Congrats on top ten in this toughly scored challenge.
Reminds me of where I used to live in Central Texas. Just slightly over-processed (to me and I'm guilty of that too) but I can certainly live with it. This is one of the better photos in the challenge I think and I'm hoping it will finish in the top ten. Your title is excellent: it seems like it should be a line from the poem but it's not. 10
