Nice clear focus, and interesting subject. I'm wondering if you could make it more static by moving in closer and composing it more using the rule of thirds.
Well lit, and an interesting main subject. There is a lot going on in the dirt around it, though. It makes me think that a closer shot of the flower, eliminating all of the distractions would have worked better and perhaps shown more detail.
