I find this photo really interesting. With its composition and motion blur it is easy to get lost and search around which is really cool since really a minimalist photo. Sorry it didn't score better for you. You should like it. :)

Almost looks like one of those colorful posters that girls like to decorate with. A little motion blur hurts it a bit, I think.

not sure i like the fuzziness, at least on the people. the water looks great, but in places seems a bit noisy. if the two people were sharp with would get huge points from me, but im going to have to settle with a 4
