 I just met this little girl this last weekend. She must be 5 or 6 years old. She was wet and happy. Just laughing. So, I was talking to her and shooting from my waist, that is why the framing isn't so great.

This is in the shade on a bright day, shot at 78mm.

PP - resize, adjust levels, contrast, shadows & highlights, USM, noise reduction, gradient map, adjust contrast, a little dodge and burn.

The framing is just fine - sometimes slight angles give a very nice "real" feel to candid portraits like this. I love the hair across her face - nicely echoes the curls of wet hair on the sides. And a great smile!

its a very nice capture and her expression is is great. maybe it is a little dark, but that might be just me
