For me, the photo would have been much more interesting without the sign. There is enough interest with the white building, the trees, the tall buidling in the back, and the way the sun is lighting it. Especially if you could have kept the bike rider.

I like the shot. Your shadow on the sign is a bit distracting, though. The title is confusing, as well. Nice all in all, tho...

The colors really pop. The bicycle rider adds a lot - and is well placed. My biggest concern is that the horizon isn't straight - all the buildings lean to the left.

tilt is distracting, I'd try to rotate it so that the center looks vertical
