 This was taken in the infectious disease ward of the poorest hospital in Iquitos, also one of the poorest hospitals in all of Peru. It was sad, there is no glass on the windows there, no ceilings in between rooms. So when someone ends up there with one disease they will most likely leave with another. (Mosquito bites the person next door with Dengue Fever or Malaria and flies next door and infects the person with TB)

Someone with full blown AIDS most likely has around 36 other sicknesses or diseases.
