 This is the Arthur Ravenel Bridge in Charleston SC taken from the Mount Pleasant side of the Cooper River.

I'm trying to get better at keeping track of the editing steps I take to get a final image, so here goes:

I wanted the colors in the sky to pop a little more, so I did a conversion to Lab color and tweaked the lightness channel in curves a little bit at this point. (Never tried this before, so i was just sort of playing here. :)

The sun looks like it's still kinda high and maybe some oversharpening in the small twig-like branches of the tree. The lighting off the building is nice.

awesome scene - my favorite part of the entire image is the illuminated house in the lower left - a bit of oversharpening artifacts in teh trees above

this photo must be studied to see all the depth. the sun glinting off the house to the tall grass on the right. Great work

Good picture. I just shot that bridge tonight actually. I think i have been to this exact spot actually. Is this right off Long Point Rd?
