|Early morning view of the lake where my wife's family has a cottage. We drove for 12 hours yesterday, only to arrive in pouring rain. This morning I was tossing and turning, saw it was 6 am, and scrambled to get up quickly. I normally sleep until 10 up here, so this was an unusual event!
Two and a half hours later, everyone else was just getting up and I had several great shots, including this one.
The color comes from a graduated orange filter on my new Cokin P filter holder.

Post-challenge: Once again, I love the score and placement. :)
With this entry, I survived week 2 of the Better than Average side tourney, where we have to beat our own overall average score. My target this week was 5.6906.
