 Didn't have either of my "real" cameras with me, so shot this with an iPhone in a dim back alley during the First Friday Art Walk. (Galleries stay open in the evening on the first Friday of each month.)

Lots of noise in the shot, but it's only a 2 Mp camera with zero controls of any kind other than shutter release. Still, I like the shot. Don't think it will do well with the voters, but what the heck.

I like the way the light is playing off of the buildings. Nicely composed as well. The image as a whole seems a little soft, though, with some visible noise in the sky.

No, no, no! Don't put the word 'Night' in the title of a photo for the 'Evening' challenge! Luckily for you, it's obviously NOT night and is truly they evening. Telephone lines are tough - they almost always look oversharpened.

I love this composition, but I think it can benefit from some post processing to take care of the color noise (using something like neatimage or noiseninja). Also think it would look even better with a bump on the sky's saturation.

there seems to be a lot of noise in this shot. It is too bad the person walking blends in with the building across the street. They amost disappear.
