 I do not know what this flower is. I discovered it at the Botanical Gardens.

This gem is proof positive how colors that are opposite on the color wheel intensify each other when paired together. Very nice. This is a gorgeous flower.

Pretty flower, and I like the contrast of the strong red with the intense green. A bit much sharpening around edge of red petals.

Looks like some variety of dianthus. Nice, bright color.

I don't know what it is but would sure like to know! Hopefully, others will be able to help. Your composition is spot on with a lovely bokeh. The stems you included in the frame really complement the flower and nicely fill the visual space.

It's incredible the amount of thinking that can go into such a simple image!
