 As I was taking pictures of the bridge a photographer came by and mentioned that they light up the old lighthouse and it's makes for good pictures. I agree.

Combine 5 exposures in Artizen
tonemap with Photomatix
correct perspective
convert to B&W with Nik Silver Efex
Nik Tonal Contrast filter
lots of dodging/burning
clone out a few minor distractions
add a hint of color
curves
resize
sharpen
save for web
