 This is a Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute vessel moored at Moss Landing, CA.

Starting with this, I added "find edges" in Multiply mode, then added a couple of "match color" palettes to come up with the final version. After merging all the layers, I did give it a dose of Noise Ninja.
