 I started with a mountain and cloud shot at Hanalei Bay. I added a shot of Makaleha at sunset with orange and pink clouds and flipped it horizontally. Then I started to adjust the colors and one thing led to another and I ended up 4 million years earlier. This is not the Garden Island I know and love.

The fiery tone of that sky makes me think of something volcanic. It does have a primordial feel to it.
