Composition is OK and colors are nice; focus on the tree seems either soft or actually OOF. I'd be tempted to introduce a little artificial foreground fog or haze to account for the softness.

Pretty colors and very effective composition. the portrait mode works well for this image. I do wish the tree were in sharper focus, though.

Your picture is a lovely silhouette view. It would have been a 9 or 10 if it hadn't been so blurry.
