I'm pretty happy how this worked out, kinda hoping for a 6+

Used two strobes for lighting, one is low behind the sauce providing back light for the smoke. The other is behind the camera, reflecting at the ceiling for general lighting.

The smoke comes from essence, the sauce is actual chilli sauce (though not that hot) en the bottle is a wine bottle. It took me 20 or so shots to get the placement of the bottle and the timing right.

PP is pretty basic:
convert from RAW
crop
levels (to add some contrast)
saturation (up, but not much, +10)
resize
sharpen

Now that's hot. Good effort and well done. It's the smoke that is the weak spot in this pic.

OMG, I just laughed out loud.

I have a crazy hot sauce collection including some really foul 16,000,000 Scoville units stuff from Costa Rica that requires eye and hand protection when opening the bottle (it's basically a sludge of pure capsaicin crystals in a little bit of oil).

I made a video of a buddy trying a drop of it on a toothpick, then holding his head in the sink running water over his tongue for about 15 minutes -- it's too long to put the whole thing on youtube.
