used Jenesis' image:


on top of Cindi's portrait. Rotated and reshpaed a little, change blending mode to lighten. Erase some of the extraneous stuff outside the flame. Once I got it looking ok, I flatten the image, dupe the layer, use filter-render-lighting-effects and added a yellow spotlight to the area around the flame, then erase major portions of that layer that were darkened by the filter, leaving just the yellow glow where I wanted it.
