 Taken on the Mendenhall Glacier while out on a guided trek. This one, as our many of our world's glaciers, us receding at an alarming rate. It has been since the 1950s. At no other time in our world's history have the glaciers melted at a rate anywhere near this. No matter where you stand on the cause, our world is getting warmer. Looking back through ancient times, the only thing different from then to now is human use of the planet.

With global warming & all, I'm surprised there's much Mendenhall left (I'm a former Alaskan). Nice processing on this one.

Looks very cold. And blue. Interesting scene. Looks like there is a shadow of a person under the bridge part, which is rather spooky.
