This is one of the burned areas. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 80k acres have burned in the past month. Not super happy with this processing.

This is really beautiful, even though it's a burned area. At first it reminded me of fall until I read your comments.

What's wrong? It is a moonscape, right? ;)

Our fire (The Gap) is almost out, but there's plenty of ash blowing around in the air. It's a very strange light for photography.

I kind of like it, as it has a mysterious feeling to it, with the darkness, and just a small amount of light. I wonder what it would look like as a duotone.
