 Think you hate broccoli? Give this a try.
Proportions: adjust as you like:)
Raw Broccoli washed, cut into small bite size flowerettes.
Honey Mustard Dressing
Red Onion; just a few very thin slices
Cheddar Cheese, cut into app. 1 inch cubes
Roasted Cheshews
Blanch the Broccoli,very briefly, immediately rinse in cold water; you do not want it mushy!
Toss together with the other ingrediants & serve. You can serve it immediately or let it sit in refrig. overnight. When it sets for awhile the broccoli soaks up the flavor of the other ingredients.

i wish the image was more centered so there was less cheese on the left and more onion on the right, the picture feels like its heavier on the right causing me to feel like theres dead space on the left. i also wished the focal point was the cashews instead of the the jar of mustard

The colours of the food are good but look washed out due to the tablecloth used. Try something that will complement the colours of the food.
