shot is OOF and tilted. not enough contrast in colors, the all the colors blend into each other so the eye wanders around the image

I'm not sure if adjusting the levels and/or the curves could have changed the color cast on this one. It seems it was shot under an incandescent bulb. Also, it needs a little straightening of the horizon, maybe a crop, rule of thirds, increase saturation, increased brightness and contrast and finally sharpening.

simple, elegant, but missing color. (possibly wrong white balance)

This looks to me like the white balance is a bit off, too much yellow. It's just a tiny bit out of focus too. But that's a fantastic drink, love the parasol :)

the colors are all a little too similar. a little variation of color would help this tremendously.
