 One of the things I love about Germany - seems every city has a pedestrian zone. No cars. Lots of restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. And in Trier, lots of those sought-after tourists to spend money in those restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Interesting to see all these images, as I will never be able to visit now, and only wish I had..... Hopefully one day, you will be able to come to Australia, as we would love to have you stay with us.

I love this shot because it brings back so many memories for me. I can even remember the smells - you've been a fine tour guide and I feel the need to offer a tip ;)
