Shot in RAW. In PSP X2, rotate/crop (very tedious to get as much detail as possible without "going outside the lines.") Next I split the image into RGB channels and took blue and green exposures over the original, blending with mode overlay (I think). Clarify, HPS, HSL layer adjustment to get rid of slight red cast, cloned out/softened some minor interior distractions, resize, noise reduction, JPG.

Cool effect. Didn't notice until I read the title and wondered why you called it that. Then I saw it. Nice. I am just not sure it's enough to make the image stand on it's own.
