One normal, one set for luminosity and one set to multiply to get the texture on the hands. Selective masking. Burning and dodging. Highpass Sharpen and LAB saturation. I hope you like it. With my luck I guess this will be on the mid 5s

I like the wrinkled hands and the perfect motion blur of the bird. Although the hands look a little over sharpened/contrasty.

I love this photo. The outstretched wings in blurry motion, the crop to focus on the hands, just enough in the back ground to give a sense of setting...it all comes together perfectly.
