 This photo was taken in Lucca, Italy in the early evening. The sun is pretty strong here and even in the evenings it's a bit bright, and I am having a hard time getting the exposure right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

great color, great positioning of the door in the image, to my eye the focus seems soft.

Looks like a postcard (please take that as a compliment!) I really like the off-center composition and the hint of the flowers to the side.
