This photo proves that you can make great landscape photos at high noon. You're not limited to shooting in the 'magic hours' of early morning or evening. Way to break the rules Richard! |

I like the simplicity and the massively limited colour palette, just blues, greens and some shadow black. The harsh noon light works well to create strong contrasts. |

Great title and shot. Something about the cloudless sky combined with the "island" of shadow around the tree... it feels like it would be a welcome respite from the heat. |
