 I'm still in learning phase of pohotography. I just saw the clouds above and there was this challenge. So might it can fit for this challenge.
Can we say that after every dark period, a bright one is waiting for you?

a lovely picture of clouds - not sure i see the connection to weathered - as in worn, stained, or warped by or as if by exposure to weather

if the picture were of the mountains and not the clouds - it would be a nice fit for the challenge in my opinion
