 I sat on a train to get the angle and wish I was up higher still. It was windy so the tripod didn't help at all.

Globally adjusted vibrance, saturation, contrast, highlight recovery, fill light, sharpened and some basic Noise Ninja. Then hit auto color and a touch of the curves. Sized, cropped, added border.
