The thing that's hard to do at dusk (and I don't have a clue how you fix it) is to get very crisp focus. You have a good long exposure and slow shutter, which is the basic means of doing so, but I think the soft light just naturally lends itself to a soft picture. In this case, the softness does work. But you could try adding a bit more sharpness in processing and see what that does. Great location by the way!

Great location of the lighthouse on top of the cliff. Lighthouse really looks dwarfed compared to the size of the cliff, which may make it more difficult to get good lighthouse shots.
