It looks like they like that one tree for a roost. The one in the back on the right with a light colored neck is an anhinga. The short neck ones are cormorants. Anhingas have a longer tail and neck.

Wow that is really neat/strange looking! I've never seen so many of those birds together let alone in a tree!
