There's a strong yellowish cast on the sky, if unintentional - wrong white balace maybe?
The composition is interesting, though I'm not too sure it means something.

Nice angle! I like how the trees in the background are aligned to the barrels. Unfortunately the photo suffers from bad JPEG compression. E.g. on the first barrel in the front you see these typical distortions. That's not necessary. You can use up to 150 kB for your photo. -stephan

I like the echo of the diagonal in the trees--good composition and colour a few problems with what seem to be digital artifacts in the trees--good colour the yellow repeated in the trees--andrewm

Nice composition - I would have like to have seen more earth than sky.... put the camera on the ground and take a sharper angle up.... Also, the whole tone is rather yellow. (6) MarkRob

At least the oil is in barrels and not in the water, like some of the shots. THIS is where I like to see this kind of garbage. I like the repetitiveness and the colors. your angle is great. I think that the sky is a little strange. Overall a nice shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~

Interesting contrast with the cans in the front and the trees in the back. Nice shot.

I like the eerie feel of this..the colors give it a sleeping danger effect.

Great shot… The composition is good, but what grabs me is the slightly yellowish tint to the sky; it gives the shot a solid balance colour wise. DOF is slightly weak; perhaps reducing the F value so that the background and the far barrels were completely out of focus – or the other way round – would have help. Purely a suggestion – still works well (8)
