 I think these little bits of light photos are only interesting to me. I see them around and just want to document them, I don't know why.

You're not alone. I keep finding bits of light and try to photograph them, but they never come out looking quite like this. But I think I'll do it more often just the same.

The documentation of light and shadow has a sizable following I think. I don't find myself very attracted to the genre in general, but often find exceptional photos within. I really dig this one. I particularly like the contrast between the sharply delineated and the diffused here. The shapes created, too, I find very interesting. Well seen!
