Could have done just the Pepsi because the other stuff is distracting. |

You have clearly spent some time thinking about the composition of this photo and this is evident from the details. Even the subtle sugar spillage in the foreground to add texture to an otherwise boring surface is a nice touch and well thought out. The colours work well together and the strong backlighting adds a mysterious quality which also casts a kind of sureal light on your subjects, adding extra interest to the image.
Having said that, the initial excitement of this photo soon dissipates as there isn't an awful lot to hold my attention in the photo. There are no rewards for the viewer by spending time studying the picture and so I'm left feeling a little unsatisfied. Overall, 6. |

Some good creative ideas,a good management of color and light, the composition is globally a little confused though |

a very good idea - i like the bubbles in the flask on the left and the ability to see the pepsi can behind the beaker - but i wunder if you just tried to put one or two many objects in the shot...it just seems a bit crowded in there... |

I like the idea, but I think the Pepsi can wasn't the best choice. A mad scientist behind the beaker would have worked better. But then again its not easy to find a mad scientist when you need one. |

I do like the setup on this. At first I was going to say it was to 'busy' but the more I look at it the more I like it. |
