beautiful night shot, maybe a higher f-stop would have sharpened up those lights to appear as stars, but maybe this is what you were striving for, really nice composition non-the-less.

Before I read your title, I thought this had a nice rainy night feel to it, so you definitely achieved your objective! I like the way the bridge is lit. It MAYBE could be just a bit less exposed, but not sure without seeing it that way. Good comp on this as well.

Nicely lit...but a bit soft on the focus for the main subject.

This is an excellent shot all around. The street lights appear to be floating on their own and they, along with the bridge, appear to be protruding out from the base tower. The crop places all of the elements as an anchor at the bottom of the image and the empty space at the top is clean and smooth. Also unique about this shot is the absence of color - virtually greyscale except for the gold glow of the tower.
