 Shot through the windshield. I hadn't changed the f-stop from taking a picture of some flowers, so the sharp spot didn't really hit on the man as well as I would have liked. (I guess I was lucky I didn't get a perfectly focused shot of my windshield wipers!) At any rate, I was intrigued by the light on his face. The shot wasn't that bad, but once I converted it to b&w, it reminded me of an old newspaper clipping. So... I applied some lens blur and grain, thereby undoing all the benefit of my beautiful prime lens, and used some of the light effects filters to make it look (I think) more dramatic.

You are right, that light on his face is quite something. Wonder what in the world he was doing out and about half-naked, in the rain, on a bike? hehe
