 I saw a picture of these flowers in a catalogue yesterday, and noticed they were called "Candlelight". I saw these flowers at school, but they are really called Celosia Kimono, which is a cultivar of Celosia argentea. (Good ol' wikipedia.) It's also known as keitou in Japanese.

I wanted to get a better depth of field, but I had some first and second graders at my elbow, so couldn't really concentrate.... ;-Þ

They have an almost fluorescent glow to them...very pretty!

Pretty colours! The gardening stores around here sell these flowers, they call them fire something (can't remember the name).
