I Nice job showing off the toy that must go back. Just don't go and rent the 70-200 F/2.8 IS. Trust me on this one.

Your chin looks funny back there :) hehe almost like your face is misshapen. I know it is because of your goatee, but it's still kinda funny :P Nice focus and GREAT clarity of the numbers on that lens.

Nice, Art. Excellent clarity. I tried a similar setup yesterday at f/1.4 with a coworker holding a glue stick from Staples. Not only did I get too much glare on the object, the model's hand came out looking completely disembodied from the rest of her. Somehow this seems more natural (though you could probably pull the lens closer to your face and still get sufficient blur).

Dang, that's sharp!! No, the focus, Ken, the focus! I like how you are angeled the same direction as the lens and your fingers! :P Great DOF.

YAY for lenses. I got a Sigma 17-70mm macro today (bought it from a guy on Ebay). Now I have to figure out how to use it to its maximum.

The narrow DOF works just beautifully in this one. Very sharp and crisp as well. Good fun :)
