Waterfall from my time in peru. Notice how the rocks are nice and slippy ;)
Setup:
Cam on a timer on the end of my monopod, fully extended, with the camera strap tied to the base of the monopod at one end and to my belt on the other. A guy i was with wrapped his jacket around my waist and someone behind him did the same, we sat down and edged further and further towards the edge until i didnt have the balls to go any further. Pressed the shutter and held the cam over the waterfall until it clicked :)
And yes - it was at least a 70m drop... that is ~200ft
