 crop. clone out blown out highlights on a couple of leaves. clone out some out of focus twigs in the background. Dodge tool used on the proboscis to make it stand out more, levels, curves, noise ninja, unsharp mask.

I am fairly sure this is a Heliconius Ismenius.

A perfect macro - truly rich in color, nicely detailed, well composed. This could be used as a textbook example of the species. Your processing is very subtle and suits this well! Congrats on a great finish in a FS.
