 I met this guy on the street. He’s homeless and for a few bucks he let me took a picture of him. I know the title is not that good, but that was his exact words at that moment.

Great! Love the conversion. Crooked glasses for crooked eyes and a nose. Of course he would want me to smoke!
The beard, IMO, is oversharpened, halos are distracting as the beard is one of the brightest objects in the image. Same about the cig, as I believe your intended subject is the face. Overall, I love this image, one of my favorites thus far. 7

Really interesting choice of subject and a good, edgy composition. Black and white conversion is a little on the flat side and could do with some more contrast.
