 My husband playing his alto saxophone on our screened-in back porch. I took this from outside and left it as is; any adjustments were made using features on the camera itself before the picture was taken. I only used photo editor to resize the image (I'm still new to photography).

Not sure what the distracting pattern is. Besides that the focus is soft, the lighting bad, and the angle isn't a good one. These shots are hard. Were you shooting at high ISO?

As a jazz fan, I'm curious to know who this is. It looks like maybe it was shot at an outdoor festival or something.
