For me, your shot looks fairly calm in contrast to your title. I like the foreground and mountain range. Oddly enough it's the blackness of the clouds at the top of your image that detract from your overall photo for me.

good, but it lacks a real focal point - I am not sure waht you want me to look at...if it is the tree, it's chopped off, if it's the mountains they lack crisp focus, if it's the dark sky, it's also chopped...perhaps if you moved to the left a little and captured the tree it would have been better??? just suggesting 6
