The painting-like quality is quite appealing, but you should have fished out that floating plastic bag and removed that bit of red waste near the shrubs before the shot. In this type of a romantic picture you do not want to be reminded of the harsh reality...

I like "ΔΕΣΠΟΙΝΑ" a lot. I am not sure about PP. It shouts "overdone" But the whole point of view gives me a nice feeling. (8)

looks like HDR and i think that the ghostly effect takes away the sharpness too much making the picture lack a central point of interest IMO
