Awwww. . .I just stumbled across this when I was looking thru your portfolio trying to see if I could tell who that stunning little girl was. :( It makes me so sad. Especially his comment after the challenge!

I just hate how sad life is sometimes!

What a handsome chap he is. Very nice portrait... I don't understand the score but the portrait is good.

What a nice expression you captured on that handsome man! I feel like the image needs a little levels or brightness adjustment -- it seems a bit dim.

Aww look, he's half smiling lol Or is that half smirking? It's a good photo and good comp. Not sure why it would score so low?

Charlene, Charlene, Charlene - What a handsome gentleman (Jon paid me to type that). A nice relaxed face, good eyes, but the lighting seems to be better on the background wall than on Jon's face. About the background, the lines seem to pull my eye towards his forehead rather than his face.

You need to get yourself a better looking model. That one is as ugly as a bear's arse.

Ouch, the background is almost more present than your subject here,
A pity, the portrait itself is not bad, you should use much more DOF (or choose another place for shooting...)

handsome subject, you should lighted his face better. His shirt has more impact than he does.
