I used a Canon 5D with Lee 0.9 Graduate ND filter to balance the bright sky with the harbor wall.
I have cropped the photo and enhanced the colors with curves adjustments.

nice tones...I would have walked to the next corner as there is quite a bit of foreground that doesn't really do much for the shot...the water as a feature would have made for a stronger image...my opinion anyway 7
