Great reflections, would've worked well last week too. :)

Good question. The answer? Convienience. Cause it's easier than walking 3 feet to some kind of trash receptacle. This is a very pretty area. I love the reflections in the water, and the blue sky reflection is also nice. Really neat garbage. I like how it just floats there. Nice shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~hbunch7187~

Poses a good question. I would've tried to use some reference to an alligator in the title. Might have made the voter a little more receptive to something a little more lighthearted and not so deep. But I totally get where you are coming from. Nice shot.

Sad, isn't it? I would have liked to see the bottom trailing piece not framed in. Takes a little away fromthe pizza box. - bamaster (8)

Good taking, good idea, nevertheless the object on the photo foot distorts the image. 6 jcof

I like the desolation that this picture portrays. Hope you got it out of the water when you finished the picture, if possible. Excellent composition and focus. karmat

Nice shot, but I'd like to see it cropped a little to get rid of the black corner and the item floating bottom left.

good shot

I like the idea, but it would probably benefit if the box wasn't so centered.

This would have worked last week as well :o) Very attractive shot. The box is a little too centered and doesn't help move the eye around the frame. I like the inclusion of the sky, but the piece of (whatever it is) on the bottom left seems a little odd. Either cut it out or leave more space under it so it doesn't sit on the bottom edge. One of the best in the challenge IMO. 8 ~indigo997

way to crop, the fact that there's some sky reflecting in the water makes it a lot stronger than it would be without.

I certainly hope you didn't chuck this in here :-)
