 The title is in neapolitan language, it means "the postcard of Neaples" captured in Mergellina and obviosly with the Vesuvio on the background this was the only possible title :) it is the title of a song (in neapolitan language) also.

develop the raw with dpp. in photoshop rotation and crop,adjust the perspective, selective colors, S&H, selective white balance on the boat and the white pole.clean some little point on the sand

Beautiful image but the sky looks odd to me. Especially those clouds by the mountain.

My only advise would be to crop in more on the left to lose some of the background clutter and bring the focal point more into center. With 2 boats, you could get away with it because there would still be visiual interest to the right foreground and the left background.
