 Any morning I can go out to the park and there are diehard fishermen out in boats early in the morning fishing in the fog...except for when I go out to shoot for a boats challenge. These were the only boats in the water and I was the only person in the entire state park. My first shots looked good with early morning light and mist, but had a boring, gray sky. I went out the next day a little later. This shot was taken around 10am, so I lost my golden light, but it was the most beautiful sky I had seen in months.

A very nice straight forward photo. It seems the blues could be bluer and the greens are too green. I'll give your photo a 9 and did you know those cloud formations are called 'Mare's Tails'.
